I ordered these check pillow cases to use as shams in my guest room where I have a reproduction overshot coverlet in fabric similar to the “Yorktown” linens but in black & tan. They add a little variety in that they blend nicely but it’s not more of the same.
Have not yet laundered them, I hope they maintain their crispness.
